I was challenged recently through my course at Heritage to focus on soul care. One of my reflections centred on spaces. I find that in the right space, I can cut out the noise and focus on what I am reading, listening to, or writing. It may not last long, but sometimes it is not the length of time; it is the depth you experience in the time you do have. Lately, much of my ‘spaces’ have been given to coursework, personal time, and writing/editing. Also we provide nice bonuses which you can claim in cubits casino from our partners. Some spots are sun-soaked, others are dimly lit with candles or waiting for dance class to finish in my truck. Sometimes the time alone in my truck is the most time-effective moment! I work on assignments, read, listen to music, and talk aloud (which helps me with writing!). I also know when I am utterly incapable of accomplishing anything other than grocery shopping, getting a coffee or tea or recently shopping for my niece’s upcoming bridal shower (which is so much fun to do!).

I have to listen to what is happening inside me and respond. 

Find a space, select music, a plan to read the Word, a journal and meet with our Maker! I love to read the psalms. Here is one of my favourites, always a great place to begin!
