Melinda Estabrooks interviewing Charmaine and Mark Balmer
Yes, this is my amazing sister Charmaine (I have another older sister and younger brother, that is for another post). She is an incredible woman of faith that has weathered storms in her life that could have leveled her, but she became stronger in the Lord and who she is as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. In the latest See Hear Love Episode, she shares openly about her journey with infertility. Today, she has eight children, six adopted (two from African and three locally) and two biological. I am so proud of her and thank God that she is my sister and best friend. You will enjoy her husband Mark share the Good Word at the end of the show! What a team they are, so thankful for them. When the borders open, we have one big family reunion coming! More on her story will be on See Hear Love – youtube later this week.
See Hear Love Episode Breaking the shame and loneliness of Infertilty.
Charmaine Balmer is married to Mark, who is a pastor, and they struggled with infertility for four years before deciding to adopt, domestically. After adopting, they got pregnant with two children, a son and daughter and then later, chose to adopt 2 children from Ghana, Africa. They currently have eight children! Today, Charmaine shares her story of grief and her difficult relationship with God through her infertility journey. Mark is the lead pastor at Park Hills in Freeport, Illinois
Love you Daughters! What gifts all 3 of you are. Love that you hold each other up as family&friends. This is one outstanding example. THANK YOU ox
