“Always know…you are seen, heard and deeply loved by God”

Melinda and I go way back to our days in high school.  Over the years we have consistently bumped into one another at events and through mutual friends. Our conversations always leave me with a lift in my step and very inspired! Determined to follow God’s leading, Melinda has worked tirelessly to obediently pursue his calling on her life. Currently she is the host the show See, Hear Love , and recently compiled and edited a book called, Always Know – A Collection of Inspiring Words & Stories from See Hear Love Guests and Friends. Melinda will tell you that the idea for See, Hear Love began with a passion and many questions. In the introduction Melinda shares, “And yet See Hear Love had to happen. I felt it in my bones, I knew it in my heart…and I earnestly sought God out saying, “Are you sure you want me to do this? Are you sure you want me to create, produce and host a women’s talk show that will be a web show? Because I’d be fine not doing this risky show that will consume my life and which I’ll probably fail at!” 

And fail she didn’t! Of course there were many road blocks, but what I know of Melinda is that these blocks are not a hinderance, they are an opportunity to see from a different angle how to approach her moments and days. Her passion is contagious and her desire to share the gospel inspiring! The guests she invites on the show share inspiring stories of God at work in their lives. Her book, Always Know , is a natural next step for others to engage with the contributors and read the stories of faith and courage.

I have been encouraged as I read through the heart-felt words from each contributor. I love the honesty and biblical insight shared. Find your comfortable place, pour a hot coffee or a flavoured tea and soak in the words from, Always Know, you will be glad you did!
